Profile
Tim Snell is a nervous system regulation coach and breathing instructor based in Australia. ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Oxygen Advantage certified, SOMA Breath Master Level, HeartMath Add Heart Facilitator, with an MBA in Leadership and Education Program Design.
Tim’s approach is grounded in respiratory physiology. He works with functional breathing, CO₂ tolerance training, and HRV-informed practices to help people shift their nervous system baseline. His work goes beyond feeling better in a session, to operating differently under pressure.
His own path to this work came through fifteen years of corporate leadership, chronic stress, repeated hearing loss, and a nervous system shutdown that no amount of pushing through could fix. Nine Camino de Santiago pilgrimages and two years of deliberate rebuilding taught him what the certifications couldn’t: what regulation actually costs, and what becomes available when it arrives.
Tim has facilitated hundreds of sessions and events including Breathe-A Festival of Life in the UK. He works one-to-one, delivers corporate programs, and runs a four-week Resilience Training program.
