Samantha Roze

Hello & Welcome to my Bio, my name is Sam and below is a bit about me.

Thank you for taking the time to read this, If you are searching for someone in Guernsey to experience Breathwork with and would like to ask me questions please feel free to send me a message.

My qualifications span over three decades of exploring holistic health and bodywork, and I’m excited to say my focus has naturally evolved towards breathwork in recent years. I hold certifications in Breathwork Facilitator training and Transformational Coaching with The Alchemy of Breath, and I’m loving my continuing studies in Activated Therapeutics (Energy work) and I am continuing my studies with The School of Breathwork Science.

My journey began with hands on therapies, where I built a strong foundation through the European College of Bowen Studies and trained in wonderful modalities like ST8 Lymphatic Drainage, (Frequency Medicine) MSTR Scar Tissue Release, Emotional Freedom Technique, (EFT)Reiki, Reflexology, Massage Therapy, Indian Head Massage, and Body Talk.

All those years of bodywork have given me such a deep understanding of how the body holds and releases what it needs to. I’ve studied Human Dissection at Southampton University with Julian Baker and spent decades learning to create truly safe, nurturing spaces for healing.

Now, as breathwork becomes my main focus, I get to bring all of this experience together. I understand the body’s language and the transformative power of breath, and there’s something really special about combining the two with the personal experience of the university of life !
I also hold teaching qualifications, which means I genuinely love guiding people through their Breathwork experiences and watching them discover what’s possible for themselves, We sometimes hear our own innate wisdom, usually quietly ignored, the breath is a way to soften the loud noise of life and allow ourselves to shine through and lead the way.
