Liv Lowe Introspective Breathwork

I’m Liv, a qualified, trauma-informed breathwork practitioner offering online 1:1 and monthly group sessions.

People come to breathwork for many different reasons. You might be feeling anxious or overwhelmed, finding it difficult to switch off, or looking for time for yourself amid the demands of everyday life. You may want to support nervous system regulation, feel more connected to your body or make breathwork part of looking after your wellbeing. You may also simply be curious about how working with your breath might affect the way you feel.

I practise Introspective Breathwork®, a collaborative, client-led somatic approach using conscious connected breathing. Each session begins with how you feel that day and what you’re noticing. Together, we explore what would feel supportive, using the breath to bring greater awareness to how stress, emotion and tension show up in your body.

I came to breathwork after years of feeling disconnected from my body and trying to ‘fix’ myself through rigid routines and constant self-improvement. My experience of breathwork has taken place entirely online. I continue with my own breathwork and somatic work because I believe an ongoing personal practice is part of working with others responsibly and with integrity.
