Giulia Vaccari

I am an Embodiment Practitioner and Consultant working with Breath, Relational Touch, Cacao, Movement, and Ceremony. At the heart of my why is the commitment to a world where there is more connection, more freedom, and more truth.

With a background in the creative industries, I am very familiar with the busyness of modern life, and my passion lies in helping people feel safe, alive, present, and free in their bodies.

I use use Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Breathwork, Reiki, Movement, and Ceremonial Cacao, to tune in with the body’s inherent source of health and vitality, to support regulation of the nervous system, and cultivate resilience.

I love combining breath and bodywork to safely release trauma and tension held in the body. Through light skillful touch, breath and deep listening, I create a space where tensions and challenges can be explored in a supported way, facilitating presence and empowerment.

OFFERINGS
I offer 1:1 breathwork online worldwide and in person in the London area, occasionally in-person in Italy as well. I can combine Breathwork with Bodywork and Reiki as needed by the client.
